PRFC Managing Director, Rodney Farah, Appointed Brokerslink Regional Manager for the Americas

PRFC is proud to announce that our Managing Director, Rodney Farah, has been appointed the Brokerslink Regional Manager for the Americas. This is a prestigious milestone that reflects both his professional leadership and PRFC’s growing influence on the international stage.

The appointment was made during the Brokerslink Global Conference held in Madrid, Spain (October 8–10, 2025), where Brokerslink announced its evolving regional management structure that also include Enitan Solarin (Africa), Tushar Thakker (Asia-Pacific), Lívia Albuquerque Bisoni (Europe), and our returning colleague Tatiana Akl (Middle East). Brokerslink Regional Managers foster closer collaboration, knowledge sharing, and targeted growth across each region of its network, which spans more than 133 countries worldwide.

In his new role, Rodney, together with his steering committee comprising Ariel Couto, Gagandeep Sekon, Leo Fleig, and Thai Hong, will oversee a strategically focused group of 29 countries across the Americas, including major markets such as Canada, the United States, and Brazil. The Americas team will continue to strengthen Brokerslink’s footprint and enhance its capacity to deliver integrated, cross-border risk management and insurance solutions.

Rodney’s appointment underscores Brokerslink’s confidence in his ability to unite diverse markets, encourage innovation, and drive collaboration across borders. Bridging local expertise with international standards, this role represents a tremendous opportunity to connect ideas, people, and opportunities across the Americas. Rodney looks forward to strengthening regional partnerships to continue Brokerslink’s mission of empowering independent brokers and firms through collaboration and shared value.

At PRFC, we are honored to celebrate this achievement and excited about what it represents: a future where Caribbean insight, professionalism, and innovation continue to shape the global conversation on resilience and risk.
