PRFC is currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team.
We’re looking for a responsible and commercially-minded individual who is confident, proactive, and who is service oriented when managing a variety of Commercial and Personal insurance risks for existing and new clients.
Responsibilities of the role:
Offering outstanding customer support to existing clients and service providers by taking ownership of customer accounts, and resolving enquiries and problems in a timely & efficient manner
Generating and following through on quotations for new business enquiries
Maintaining a positive and growing relationship with co-workers, customers, and Insurers
Fostering and developing technical knowledge and customer servicing skills
The successful candidate must have:
At least 3 years of previous insurance experience
The ability to manage your own diary and to deal with new tasks swiftly & professionally
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication abilities
Sound technical knowledge of a wide range of insurance products
A thorough understanding of the insurance market
A passion for customer service
A flexible team player who can demonstrate a can-do attitude and the ability to use their initiative to effectively solve problems as they arise
Strong knowledge of MS Office, and an excellent command of maths and English
The ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
A proven track record in achieving incentivised sales targets
